At 7:18 PM May 1 2014, Petrolimex Aviation Fuel JSC (Petrolimex Aviation) has finished pumping jet fuel for the first flight of the newest customer, Turkish Airlines at Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
This is the first operation in relation with the one-year term by Petrolimex Aviation and Turkish Airlines for the flight number TK69 of Turkish Airlines, flying from HCMC to Suvarnabhumi in Thailand.

Turkish Airlines is Petrolimex Aviation’s fourth customer in 2014. Turkish Airlines, founded in 1933, is the national flag carrier airline of Turkey. It operates scheduled services to 41 domestic and 206 international airports in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the America. As of April 2014, the Turkish Airlines fleet consists of modern 244 passenger aircrafts and 9 cargo aircrafts.
Turkish Airlines has thrice won the Skytrax awards for Europe's Best Airline, Southern Europe's Best Airline, and the World's Best Premium Economy Class Airline Seat for three consecutive years in 2011, 2012 and 2013. Additionally, Turkish Airlines has been selected the Airline of the Year by Air Transport News at the 2013 Air Transport News Awards Ceremony.
