On Wednesday, March 13 2014, “Silver Safety Excellence Award” ceremony was held at United Airlines’ representative office at Tan Son Nhat international airport . Under the witness of representatives of United Airlines from USA and the airline ground service providers at Tan Son Nhat international airport, Ms Jill Eshbaugh, Airport Operations Managing Director of United Airline Asia Pacific has awarded the certificate to the representative of United Airline Vietnam for the station of non-delay operations in 2013.
This is the first time, one station of United Airlines in Asia Pacific has received the award, since United Airline started the Safety Management System nearly 40 years ago.
Recognizing cooperation and contribution of Petrolimex Aviation, Mr Truong Hoai Nhan, chief representative of United Airline Vietnam has awarded Petrolimex Aviation Branch in HCMC the certificate of recognition for safe supplying jet fuel for all flights of United Airlines from Tan Son Nhat International Airport since February 2010.
