On the morning of January 30, 2026, in Dien Bien, Petrolimex Aviation Joint Stock Company (Petrolimex Aviation/PA) successfully carried out refueling operations for a special flight of Sun PhuQuoc Airways (SPA), serving the journey of a working delegation to Dien Bien Province to attend the inauguration ceremony of the Si Pa Phin Inter-level Boarding School for more than 1,000 students, as well as the signing ceremony of a cooperation memorandum between the People’s Committee of Dien Bien Province and Sun Group.

According to official information, on January 31, 2026, the inauguration ceremony of the Si Pa Phin Inter-level School was held in Nam Chim 1 Village, Si Pa Phin Commune, Dien Bien Province. The school is designed to meet the learning and accommodation needs of more than 1,000 students, featuring a synchronized system of classrooms, specialized subject rooms, and boarding facilities.
Within the framework of the working program in Dien Bien, General Secretary To Lam also witnessed the signing ceremony of the cooperation memorandum between the People’s Committee of Dien Bien Province and Sun Group.

The Dien Bien Station – under Noi Bai Branch – has been in operation since January 2022 and is one of Petrolimex Aviation’s Jet A-1 fuel supply points in Northern Vietnam. Since its commencement, the Dien Bien Station has provided refueling services for airlines such as Vietjet Air, Bamboo Airways, Vietnam Airlines, and Sun PhuQuoc Airways, contributing to the continuity and safety of flight operations, while accompanying many important programs and events, thereby making practical contributions to the political, economic, and social development of Dien Bien Province.
For all flights, Petrolimex Aviation consistently focuses on ensuring adequate manpower organization, equipment readiness, and strict safety standards throughout the entire refueling process, quality control, and operational coordination in accordance with airport operational regulations.
Previously, Petrolimex Aviation was also selected by Sun PhuQuoc Airways to provide refueling services for the airline’s first commercial flights at Phu Quoc International Airport, demonstrating its operational capability and commitment to accompanying airlines throughout their development journey.
